Hmm. Interesting.
It could just be a bunch of crap put together by some idiot, but from the comments left by other users, it might be something more fascinating.
One guy played video TPelg#42x backwards (I can't do that on my computer):

Interesting. I wonder if the fact that it's number 42 means anything...

Ok, well, YouTube has closed their downloading service, so I can't save and de-blurrify the video.
But as Boxer pointed out, the description reads Paul Rigby.
EDIT:
Google pulled up some results: Paul Rigby was apparently an Aussie cartoonist who died recently of a heart attack on November 15, 2006.

Also, I managed to freeze-frame video #/0077777.4/, and there are some numbers buzzing around the video screen. They are in order from video beginning to video end: 22.22.22, 22.22.21, 22.22.20, etc. all the way down to 22.22.00 and continuing to 22.21.53.

I'm pretty sure the writting at the begining of #_Z_X00 is ____ save sue. However theres a lot more writting that appers about 14 seconds in.

EDIT: One of the latter words is EYE.

Just pause the video at 15 seconds and you get a pretty clear look at the bottom half of the second message. Does anyone know if thats a record in the second video. It would tie in with playing the sound backwards.

The 22:22:22:22 thing is like a count down to something.

I managed to sharpen slightly the one with the letter. It's the best I could do.
The middle word looks slightly like "heat".

The last word in the second message is DEATH I think. There's a guy on youtube who claims he knows what this is all about so I'll leave him a mesage and see what he has to say.

Don't know what you're talking about tho, Boxer. I stopped every frame in that video and saw no message-- just an eye.
Ok. The video TPELG#042x, I sharpened a little too.
Best I could do tho.
