 		Ganu Yoshida in NYC on 1-18-08
So, we all know that Ganu Yoshida was in NYC just prior to MGP's attack, and should have left but was detained due to an attack by "radicals" (TIDO?). Here is my question: Ganu was supposedly in NYC to try to work out a deal with BevVo Corp., but have we found any information about them outside of the Tagruato website?

Also, this attack forced Ganu to remain in NYC past 1-18-08, hence keeping him in the city during the attack. Do we think we can expect a press release from Tagruato in the coming weeks?

Finally, regarding the Yoshida Medical Research subsidiary of Tagruato, "Experience a Day in the Life of a YMR Scientist," Hiro Takahashi talks about how important "testing" is when releasing a new medicine. TIDO, and I believe RRC, warned against trusting Tagruato's claim that the "American Food Association" declared that Slusho! was safe to eat. Is it possible that their plans to distribute in the US were really just a clinical trial of some new "medicine"? (Remember the qualities of Slusho: Gives strength, energy, and supposedly helps to build tissue)

Correct, but there is no date referenced on the Tag press release for Ganu's visit either...you're assuming his visit is on 1-18-08...but for all we know the Tag timeline is running concurrent with the movie's timeline...in May.

Besides, Ganu conveniently being in NYC on the night of the attack is no coincidence (assuming you accept the concurrent timelines) as he's knee deep in this mess.

This is one of the madding inconsistencies about this viral campaign...it seems the first 2/3 of the "game" (July--early Dec) appeared to follow real-time as if the attack was going to happen on Jan 18, then it seems (to me at least) real-time dates and such disappeared or were inconsistent at best as if the PM's handling the ARE side realized the movie's timeline was not going to match up with the "game's" timeline so they stopped making mention of events occurring on a specific date. Even the My Space pages lack mention of specific dates when Rob announces his job opportunity with Slusho (yes, there is a reference to Christmas, but I think that was a goof by the PM's).

If you look at it like Star Wars and Star Trek, the only thing "official" is what's seen or mentioned on screen. Anything else is "Alternate Universe".

So, I consider the game to be OOG! Very Happy

 		I still think that the only reason that the camera's dates were off was because Jason at the beginning didn't know how to work the camera and the date got messed up

Regarding your spoiler, do the dates IG not correlate with the dates in the movies? Because from all of the MySpace information, it seems that Rob's party happened on 1-18-08, and therefore, was the night of the attack. As he says in the response to his MySpace blog post about taking the Slusho job, he would be moving in the middle of January, so the party would have to take place around or before that time.
