IG = In Game
OOG = Out Of Game

We think they are Tagruato Security Forces.

They are conducting ninja related activities...obvs

Seriously though how did we get back on these videos? I remember when they were first out and all this happened the same way except everyone kept telling people they were crazy...
Movie comes out, no tentacles...
Now we're back to tentacles?

Well... they're wearing ski-masks. Most likely because it was cold.

weird then that they were also dressed entirely in black while everyone else is wearing white or orange. also weird that nobody in white or orange is wearing anything that appears to be indicative of cold weather. and even weirder that the guys in ski masks appear to be carrying guns.

You can also see the seconds following the OP jif in this video, with the dark shadow object seemingly moving off in the water.

The dark shadow is nothing more than smoke. The smoke comes from the fire that erupts when the station is pulled down, then when said fire goes underwater, smoke dissapears.

No monster swimming away, just a trail of smoke that ends when its source is extinguished.
