 [TROUT]Map of New York

Here is a map of the island of Manhattan with the events of the movie labelled, thanks to a friendly website.

this might end up being a trout... If not, then it's a shocker to me... This is sort of old to my eyes.

I haven't seen it before... and it's pretty damn accurate.

It's pretty damn accurate indeed... but it only has what the camera caught, not the times like when they were walking to the Brooklyn Bridge, and just where did it go while they were in the subway.

I can at least account for its position and where it went while Rob and company were on their way to the Brooklyn bridge.

It's amazing to think that thing stayed there for as long as it did.

If it was supposed to be scared and confused, you would think it wouldn't run around in circles for five hours and just hightail it back to the ocean.

Silly baby.

With fifteen square miles of building-sized Legos, Lincoln Logs and Erector Sets? I'd spend DAYS tooling around the island!

In a way- it did run around in circles.

Okay, So this was something that baffled someone on my Facebook group, but I think I figured it out:

He asked how did the building where Beth was at get knocked over if the monster stayed in the lower Manhattan most of the time?

I was kinda stumped by it for a second, but then I remember the part where Clover stomped on through [while Rob and company were in the convenient store]. Then they came out, whatever it was- it wasn't in the area anymore. Then it when to the part where they were walking to the Brooklyn bridge. Well, while they were walking to the Brooklyn Bridge, Clover made its way up to the Time Warner Center and did some damage in that area [causing Beth's building to topple to its side]. When They finally reached the the bridge, the monster was probably on its way down towards the Brooklyn bridge via water and that's when Jason made his 'goodbye speech'.
