[SPEC] Lack of updates since movie

 		Aaahhhhh...back in July '07 when life was normal and casual. THEN...I took my kids to see this Transformers movie....ok...it was a cool flick...but what the hell was that trailer all about......so I come home and say to myself "Eh...maybe I'll just look online and see if there's anything there about it..." NOW...6 months later....I feel as though I've been through CSI School on an excellerated program for the terminally ill....but I'll wait....And watch...and search for the next piece of the puzzle...because.....That's what I've been doing in my free time for the past 180+ days!!!!....


AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!

 		It has only just begun. We have clues that are unanswered.

Here are 10 I can think of why to kick off a real solid ARG.

1. Origin of MGP
2. Tagruato
3. TIDO
4. Object on Coney Island scene
5. Tagruato Satellite
6. Date at end of movie
7. Whisper at end of movie
8. Military response
9. Rob's job in Japan
10. Backstories and Conclusion i.e. MGP destroyed? Any survivors of Slusho 7? Why Marlena exploded? Parasites still growing, breeding etc. in NYC?

And of course, this would be a sinister kickoff to a sequel.

ARE is done IMHO.

But your #1,2, possibly 3-5 and 10 most likely will be addressed in the Manga. That's all I think is next....the next chapters of the online Manga.
Did I mention the Manga?

 		But it all happens May 22-23 of this year.

I think we will get the chance to stop it from happening. Why else give us 4 months before the movie's preset becomes our present?

But we all remember how Tagruato was discoverd, (Menuism, Vernon MacDooble review).
Well i have just visited this site again, and there are more references to SBN, submitted by other gourmet contributers, last one added Jan 10th/08.

11. And what the hell is with SBN & Slusho? Why can't we drink just six? Why would we want to drink ANY?

And I think those entries about Garbanzo's were added by online players of this ARG/ARE.

 		Looking in the wrong places?
I'm of the opinion that maybe the slusho 7 are not the ones to be watching so much now. If the vid was found by the military is it not plausible that the trail will start there next? The recent rounds of pics on the 1-18-08.com site point to another thread. No more slusho seven involvement just chaos and destruction, or catalogued events?

Random thoughts. It seems easy to get caught up trying to find answers where there is only loose ends.

That's interesting. I don't know if it's a gamejack or a lead. I'm gonna read it again when I get home from school. You never know though. Maybe somethin could come out of it. Good find. It's the first I've heard of it.

 		I am with fignut on this one. The viral campaign is over for this market. Remember that this is a marketing strategy to build hype for the movie. Mission accomplished. No more reason to continue.

If anything, only markets that have yet to receive the movie will get viral updates. Japan = Manga is the perfect example. When is the next Manga episode out BTW?

It my honest opinion, it clearly shows that you have to move on with your life. There are more meaningful things in life than always hooked on updates about Cloverfield. Wont you find interesting hooking up with women? than getting engage to a film who bombed the second weekend from its release?

That's interesting. I don't know if it's a gamejack or a lead. I'm gonna read it again when I get home from school. You never know though. Maybe somethin could come out of it. Good find. It's the first I've heard of it.

1. Get off your high horse, and stop trolling. You're on this forum too.
2. I'd hardly say it "Bombed" in its second week.
3. Why if people come here to discuss an ARG and movie, do they have no life aside from Cloverfield? I somehow manage to discuss the movie, hold down 2 jobs, volunteer as an EMT, go out and knock back the occasional Jack & Coke, and have a very good relationship with my girlfriend of 5 years, to whom I plan on getting engaged soon. It sounds as though you need to better manage your time from your assumption that if you post on an internet forum, you have no other life.
4. If you're going to insult someone, please use proper spelling, punctuation, and overall good grammar.
