I've been watching these guys since they both came out of the minors. they are going to be nothing but amazing in detroit. especially since cabrera has been working out all off-season. he's in better shape than he has ever been. for sure he will end the season with an average between .320 and .330 and 40+ hr.

oh and dont know if you know but Willis has a blog. http://yardbarker.com/users/dontrelle

Tickets are going to be hard to come by this year. I got spoiled when they sucked and it was easy to get good seats chep. I heard they had to put a halt on season ticket sales cause they wouldn't have had any indiviual game tickets left.

Besides I got the Mud Hens too. They have had a helluva past couple years.

I know I'll go to at least one game this year. My work gets a suite for a game every spring.

I dont think I'm building you up for nothing. Cabrera hasn't hit lower than .320 since 2004. the only time he didnt hit over 30 home runs was in '03 and he only played 87 games that year. Unless he improves over the off season be prepared for some shoddy defense though. he's not horrible, but he's not great either. who knows though, maybe now that he's lost some weight it will improve his defense. as for willis, if he is even close to what he was in '05 (22-10, 2.63 era, 69 er) he will be great. No matter what anyone can say bad about him, he is a hard worker. he wont be doing it in detroit but this guy even pinch hit for us a few times. he hustles and even got introuble a lot because he would ALWAYS slide face first. managers didnt want him to tire out or risk injury but he didnt really care, he just wanted to get on base and play.

Eff The Yankees. Tigers are scoring 1000 runs this year and hopefully their pitching will be solid. I have a strange feeling Dontrell Willis will spen half the year on the DL. And Kenny Rogers, Ka only knows with him. And we have to keep Zumaya away from boxes and Guitar Hero.

You have no idea how happy I was when I thought we were getting rid of Inge. It was like Christmas morning. But now that we can't get rid of him at least he won't be starting. I am so excited about this season though. The last time the Tigers won I wasnt even alive yet.

I am a little bit nervous about getting a lot of good talent now. In the past the Tigers have been cursed with this. Either we get a big name and they get hurt or suck all of a sudden, or we get rid of a person and they become great (like Luis Gonzalez, we traded him then he was the MVP of the world series).

Oh and remember Juan Gonzalez?? That guy ending up sucking.

Nicole, if Cabrera all of the suddent starts sucking ass I will personally give you $1,000. this guy is a future hall of famer. Do I need to search for the clip when he showed up Roger Clemens in the world series in '03? that was honestly a great moment. Cabrera hadn't even been playing for a whole season, he's facing clemens in the world series, he's kinda hugging the plate so roger sends him a fast ball on the inside to brush him back. Cabs ends up falling down due to how close the ball got. he then got up, brushed himself off, and got right back to where he was. the very next pitch he swung hard and hit a homerun. there was so many great moments during that series. you guys dont understand man.. I watch the dvd I bought of it and I get seriously depressed. lol

Hi my name is Edith and I although I don't post very much (especially personal stuff) I thought it was about time to introduce myself. I am in Austin, Texas. (speaking of that, where is aaron carter?)

I am older than most if not all the people here - my big b-day is in 2 weeks - turning 40. But I am really just a kid in grown up body. I like to mountain bike, hike, camp, watch tv on the internet since I don't have cable and I spend most of my time at church. If I am not cleaning the toilets, or leading the woman's bible study, then you will probably find me making coffee or serving dessert.

I will admit that this is my first ARG experience and I am loving every minute of it. My husband on the other hand does not like it at all and occasionally is successful at limiting my time here.

Thank you for all your kindness at the other forum and patience as I learn the ropes. I am good with computers, so I certainly hope to contribute a lot.

Thanks amandel - I guess I should mention that I was muinatit on the 48 forum - so some of you do know me from there. I fell into the rabbit hole by way of unfiction, but I had only been here to check out the bones videos.
