Sorry, but even a minor deith from the Cthulhu Mythos would demolish OGP. They are Gods, and have godlike powers. OGP is just a big monster. Shit, they would probably make him bow down and join their cause.


Underdogs are notorious for winning. Hell Boy isn't a God and look what he did. And how many HUMANS have defeated Gods? Plenty. Plus Godzilla has that ludicrous Super Dimensional Space Godzilla transformation. Where he's like three times bigger, stronger, AND FLIES.


I think if it's JJ's intent to make this monster an American icon to rival ones from other places then he should be able to compete for the tital like everyone else. Won't happen for a long, long while but consider this: Between then and now if ATTs franchise is going to expand then that's plenty of time to establish it as a contender. No?

Another example of a delusional state of mind. We have what we call "reality" and the real fact of the matter is that currently the Monster in Cloverfield is in special copyright and ownership of "Paramount Studios" and distributional rights must go trough them.

It is highly unlikely to happen.

Is it? I never saw the movie it was featured in but I noticed it was in the games. LOOKS like a giant mutated Godzilla anyway... Aww. Oh well, it still kicks ass.

For some reason whenever you post something I always picture that Godzilla avatar saying it and it makes me laugh. Especially when the statement is in all caps. I don't know why.

 		I understand what you mean and agree. It makes sense since godzilla started out just destroying a city, then they made the rivals and such.
