[TROUT] Brooklyn Bridge (What the heck happened there?) Hey everybody, Noob here. This has been on my mind for a while and I thought you wise people would be the ones to ask (and I'm sorry if this was already addressed but it's really hard to search through all the old threads to find it).
Anyway, what exactly happened on the Brooklyn Bridge? My boyfriend said it was MGP's tail that hit the bridge, but I don't even remember him having a tail. Also, if that were the case, wouldn't have survivors seen MGP then? Everybody acted really surprised when they saw it on TV later. Hmmmmm?

Spoiler (Rollover to View):
It was, indeed, MGP's tail that crashed down on the Bridge and right on Jason, as it may).
I think the reaction you saw later was more of a realization of the horror and distress over what was happening.
*Edit* please tag your thread [SPOILERS] as there are still people that havent seen the movie. */edit*

Fozz, Trouting is a polite way of saying that this is a topic that has been covered in another thread (think repost if you're on forums a lot). It is meant to not belittle, but bring to your attention that you should use the
SEARCH
function before you post. Additionally, when I said please tag your post [SPOILERS], I meant click edit on your orignal post, and add it to the title. It would also be appreciated if you would now add [TROUT] to it as well. The spoilers tag you used is a function to cover over information within a thread that does not contain a [SPOILERS] tag.
**edit** Fozz, there is a great glossary HERE . You'll gain a ton of info just by looking at the stickies and will have a much easier time navigating the forums. Either way, welcome to uF .
**edit2** Sorry for the double post. I are teh r-tard n00b and I'm not quite l33+.

I called, not stated. I asked someone else to do it. Thank you kindly for doing my will, fleshbag.

Awesome! Thanks for all the info. I've tried to go back and edit the post title with **SPOILER**, and I can't figure that out, so I'll just put it here until I hear otherwise.
**SPOILER**
I read through some old messages and there was one where somebody says it's MGPs arm. Anybody agree or disagree? I gotta see it again this weekend, but it's still surprising that nobody noticed the monster. Some people have said it was something that MGP threw, but I'm still not sure. Hmmm

Spoiler (Rollover to View):
JJ or Reeves (pretty sure it was JJ) said it was the monster's tail. But then he also said the monsters was thousands of years old and a baby, and that it had been underwater all that time, then we see the falling object at the end (which I think Reeves said was the monster...?), so...

He said that the object falling at the end was related to the monster's origins. It could easily be interperted to mean that the falling object woke up MGP.
