Sorry for the slight general troutishness, but where does one find the codes for a website?

Right click on the webpage, then click "view source". That will show you the html code used to make the webpage. Comments hidden in the source code, are usually preceeded with <!-- Hope that helps.

Also, in regards to the typewriter.swf page, it has something going on with a flash player but I can't get into it. (/me points to self: newbie to anything really computergeekish besides a bit of html.)

That I have no kloo where or how the .swf was found.

MrToasty, I can't get anything but garbage out of that code. How are you or what are you using to get the binary.

I've been reading through the past 4 pages to catch up. This one looks interesting.

the typewriter.swf is also found in the source code, in the script section.

Code:

script ... typewriter.swf ... script

MrToasty, that's the site I use. Oddly, I'm getting nothing. I guess it's time to restart my computer.

Hmm... I'm copying everything from the value= inside the quotes (/WEPDw...) and translating as base64. Regardless, essentially the exact same thing is seen untranslated in the source code as well including the binary.

Just to make sure I tried it in both IE and Firefox and had no trouble.

Well the only part of the translated Base64 that isn't part of the page source is the "
1190101191d innerhtml" part.
Think the numbers mean something? All I can see would be "1190 10 1191" Countdown of sorts maybe?

The background image has changed to a 9 now. Maybe there is some kind of count down going on.

If that's the case, does anyone know at exactly what time it changed to 8?

It's counting backwards, it was a 10 now it's a 9. It might change to an 8 in maybe an hour/day. if so we have 9 more hours/days whatever. if hours that would be like 4am for me EST.

Anyone happen to remember what the number was a few hours ago? I remember seeing it but can't put my finger on the exact number so I can't tell you how fast its changing. Sad
