 		Flux--nice job. Reckon the underlines are meant to be "strike outs" as my not-good-for-much pic on the prev page shows the 4th guy pretty clearly as not Jagt.

 		I sent over an email to storytllr adding in what leith said (I gave him credit. not trying to steal ideas Wink ) and I got this in reply "to quot on gon too soon, "Tim will tll."" (to quote one gone too soon, time will tell) think he's refering to TM? did he ever say that?

 		TM said that all too soon...

I think he said that TM is "gone"....

*sigh*

There was a rumor that TM was ill. I hope it hasn't caught up with him and hopefully he's just taking a break from this mess to get better. But I doubt that's what they mean.

Jagt 2009: "I don't quite know how to explain it. Ghosts? I don't know."

Shortly thereafter, Jagt addressed it again: "Well, here's the thing that's bugging me. In one of these videos I'm hearing Brody (and seeing him VERY briefly) and two people I'm pretty sure are supposed to be dead.
I can't wrap my head around it.

Also, I think somehow my emails are travelling over more than a few timezones."

I was also thinking... what is Malice getting killed wasn't an accident? Remember we have a video of him shuffling tapes in his hand with an evil laugh. I'm wondering if he found something out about our boys and it was all a set up to "take care of (him)"...

OR. If he was indeed brought back from the dead by the professor, then Malice found the football tapes after that. The question there would be how did Jagt get them?

 		look at what I posted earlier, dms. Malice's death was accidental. Ark hit him hard because of the fight they had earlier. he just wanted to rough him up a bit.

Here's what Brody said about the dream: "I had another dream last night. Not a good one. Some creepier version of Arkham digging a grave outside of location one, near a pile of skids. He then threw some scruffy fat guy in. A guy that wasn't dead... and buried him.
That one woke me up sweating. Arkham is SO not scary (when you know him), I don't know why I would dream that.

It's put me off a little."

I'm not sold either way on this yet (I'd say intentional harm but not murder), but one thing that I noticed in the collage pic of Brody and Ark is that Ark has something in his hand. It looks like it could be rolls of quarters. Maybe something extra went into that punch?

well what is there to be unsure about? it's obvious ark did it on purpose but do you really think ark killed him because of a little fight? Ark hit him hard because he wanted to hurt him, not kill him. the death was an accident. the hitting was on purpose.
