I was going to suggest simply putting '.gif' in the subject line or sending them a .gif file of one of their own images. I can't because I'm at work. Raspberry

I sent an email with "countdown" in the subject line and "participant # 13" in the body. I hope I didn't get us locked out again.

I think I found what they were pointing us to here. I'm attaching the image below. Any thoughts?

26 unique colors in the image...

ETA: I'm almost sure this is the key to the encoding of the ordered hex values, but we've already solved that.

Thirteen sets - one muted/dark and one bright/light in each set.

If the key was based on the color lookup table, it would be something like this (colors in order of appearance in LUT).
Code:
A 00ffb4
B f600ff
C ffdc19
D 002c00
E 7a3f00
F 006a4a
G 75037a
H 00b9de
I 16fb16
J b79c09
K 40da3c
L 313b3d
M 4b006b
N ff8400
O 7c0000
P 900077
Q ff00d2
R 140055
S 3c00ff
T 3d583c
U b400ff
V 393516
W 595751
X 000000
Y ffffff
Z ff0000

here are the hex codes for each of the 26 individual colors

Code:
 Dark  Bright
313B3D 00B9DE
3D583C 40DA3C
B79C09 FFDC19
7A3F00 FF8400
000000 FFFFFF
900077 FF00D2
4B006B B400FF
140055 3C00FF
006A4A 00FFB4
7C0000 FF0000
393516 595751
75037A F600FF
002C00 16FB16

I made this image by enlarging the colour.gif and added the hex values so it would be easier to see. I don't know if it gets us anywhere though.

here I took the 13.gif and overlaid the colour.gif onto it. as you can see it changes things somewhat, but doesn't reveal anything that I can tell. However, since there are a total of 15 gif images (0.gif-14.gif) a header and a navigation image and several ways the images can be manipulated with the colour.gif, there are numerous possibilities and my eyes are just too tired to look at them all.

The key, as compared to the gif is:
Code:
zy
xw
vu
ts
rq
po
nm
lk
ji
hg
fe
dc
ba

So, just the alphabet, backwards.

ETA: Flipped the graphic 180° and added the key letters

ETA2: The big schematic looks to be two images superimposed. One is a genuine set of plans for something which requires you to flip the image vertically to see the handwritten text, properly.
The other half of the image is a bunch of courier text in ROT-10 that has terms like:
"OUR OWN ARMY"
"UNMANNED ATTACK VEHICLE"
"MASS PRODUCED IN CHINA"
"AURORA WILL CLEAR THE WAY FOR THEM"
.

EDIT: deleted (I'm pretty sure it wasn't relevant anyway)

So, it was just the key for the coded message. Either the PMs don't read the board or they thought it necessary for us to have the key. Btw, thanks for putting all that together guys. Smile

Too many irons in the fire.
Sorry.

That's the problem with playing too many games at once. You're gonna get mixed up from time to time.
Anyway, should be roughly about 45 min or so until the site is updated again.
