Looked at the video again, and there's nothing in Ark's hand at that point so that clears up my uncertainty.

Brody said in his dream that the guy wasn't dead. So if it is indeed Malice, they buried him alive...now...how does he come back? And after that he contacted Brody then decided to help him with Serena?

Brody prolly disappeared to escape him.

He could have crawled out, Will, depending on how deep they buried him. It has been known to happen. However, I don't think Malice is who Ark buried.

When the camera moves down in the end and we can still see their feet, it looks like there is something in the snow on the left hand side where the camera is pointed - can anyone make out what that is?

Also, it seems like it is the unknown guy at the end who says "don't worry, I'll take care of it".

Titanium, do you mean the thing that's next to Brody's foot when the three guys are standing over Malice? It gets kicked away when he turns to run.

Lots of idle talking and too much noise in the background, then Brody comes up to the new guy. Note: This takes place at the Hard Rock Cafe during Ronnie's birthday bash.

New guy - `` Mr. Brody save me, I don't know what's going on between these two. ``

Other guy - `` Whatever. ``

Chick - `` I have no idea. ``

A guy comes over, says something that's hard to make out. `` Other guy ``says `` What? `` and the clip changes to Michelle from Ronnie's notebook.

Michelle - `` Absolutely. I can't wait until she gets here. ``

Random guy - `` Hey Brody how about .. ``

Clip fades to the guy from the photo.

Guy from the photo - `` Hey Brody do we know what time she's showing up man? I am, I'm kind of busy, kinda got jammed up tonight. ``

Clip changes to Ark on his cell phone and the new guy, other guy and chick.

Arkham - `` You're coming in the door? Awesome. Good. Bye. She's here. `` (Other words that are hard to make out.)

Clip changes to Ronnie coming in the door, everyone yells surprise and she laughs. Some words are exchanged, she asks a guy how he is. I believe she says his name, I'll work more on that later.

Tags - `` Planting the seeds / of a broken heart. ``

Possibly OT, but thinking about "Planting the seeds / of a broken heart".

If V's 21st Bday was the day Brody or V (more likely) had a change of heart about the other... Do we know when her Bday was?
