Is it just me or does it seem we've got several emerging CF that are crossing wires? We've got EniTech for Terminator right? But then we've got this "This is Not an ARG" thing, which is making references to a bunch of others, and the Yuri thing seems to be getting a bit weird too...
I'd almost think that maybe whoever is behind this is running one or two of those things too, and having fun mixing us all up.

This is a really weird turn for this thing though. I do hope we hear from Donnie again, maybe something about his breakdown...
Of course I also hope he expresses it through Photoshop.

Maybe we should try and talk to the automated response mechanism? It seems to me like its having an emotional breakdown. Maybe if we cheer it up it'll decide to return to normal or something.

Also, when I was thinking about it...it would be weird for a Terminator to be working as a secretary, so maybe the Terminator quotes could just be an homage...assuming we're playing in present time, that is.

And I think that "This is Not and ARG" might just be homage to previous ARGs, but don't quote me on that. Its an awesome concept, none-the-less.

A couple of days ago I emailed infoSPLATphebco.com and didn't get a response until today. The only thing in the message was the attached soundfile... I don't have time at the moment to try to play with the file, but it certainly sounds synthetic/mechanical...

It just sent you a blank email with that attached? Weird... It almost sounds like "Hi, I'm Donnie Hoyle", but probably not. I donno shit about audio decoding though.

Yeah, a while I back I emailed everyone on the page. Never got a response. If this IS for Terminator, I will personally be kinda upset. Cool concept though.

Is it just me, or did the Phebco.com binary change again?

Yep, looks like all the binary code now says "I am Phebco". It sounds like that sound file is the same as the other one, but I'm not 100% sure. Kinda sounds like "I remember" or maybe "Phebco" but thats kind of a stretch. It might not even be words at all. Maybe since the auto-responder has gained consciousness it's gone from binary to actually being able to talk (sort of).

I think this is more likely a joke on Terminator than an ad, but they are an ad agency. On mydamnchannel.com they have a link to PhebCo.com in the Big Fat Brain section, so they definitely want people to see it.

I also noticed that ringofinfinitesorrows.com is registered so that may have something on it eventually. Anyone hear anything about this, if its an ad, arg, or joke?

So instead of Skynet, is this something like Trashnet. The machines will take over our world by forcing us to wallow in our own waste.

The latest Tim after Tim episode on My Damn Channel has a lot of Phebco references / adverts and the same audio from the latest e-mail response with subliminal images of I, am and Phebco split into separate words embedded in the video.
