Leith, in the news & updates post on 48-hours.net just after the accident (21 Sept entry), it says that V went to NYC in '99 when she was 18.

One thing that struck me is the very last frame of this video. It shows Ark looking at V whose back is to him as she visits with others. His words, "We got her good," seem to have more weight than simply pulling off a surprise.

As for Brody's feelings, he blogged about his fear that a relationship would ruin their synergy. He said he traded a muse for love and lost both.

Now that we've seen the football tapes, his words send chills down my spine, "Am I dead and this is hell? Hell. Without Laney, without Veronique. A grave I can't claw my way out of."

How come Brody's eyes are a different color than in his film promotion pages? I know V wore contacts and that's why hers are blue, but here Brody's eyes are a lovely hazel instead of a lovely green. Do you think this is significant?

Well, you have to think. The avatars on 48-hours.net were digitally altered. The videos we see are their real eyes.

Of course not, but I do think it might be a clue. WHY lizard eyes? WHY green eyes? I always took the avatar eyes to be artistic license, but now that we've got that photo of Brody which emphasizes only his eyes I'm starting to think that maybe they're a clue.

Something I noticed in the Heart video:

Most of the people standing around seemed happier to see that guy enter through the door than they seemed to be about V being there..
It was almost kinda awkward...They were all standing around just watching her, in a weird way...

Ok something really odd I just thought of.

When V walks in Brody doesn't even say happy birthday.

He just stands there...Filming.. Not once do we hear him say happy bday or see him hug v.

He isn't even talking...Could something have happened earlier that day to put him in a weird mood?
That snow incident couldn't of happened in that day could it? It's snowing in both events though.

I doubt they would be going ahead with a party if Ark had killed Malice the same day.

I think he was afraid of her. Afraid of losing his muse so he didn't say anytthing.

Actually from what I know about him, he is a very big talker.

He told me before he is the opposite of shy...And just from chatting with him you can tell he talks a lot. This just seems very weird to me.
You even heard him speak during times in resturants and stuff...

When he's behind the camera we've heard him talk very few times. If you'd like to try and analyze every time we've seen him behind the camera and calculate the ratio of talking versus non-talking, be my guest. However, I can save you the time and tell you his non-talking is much greater. ^_^
