Wow. Good job.

There is a sqaure box labeled 205 87 C-130H3 that is very slowly moving across the map. This is apparently an aircraft.

Quote:
The Lockheed C-130 Hercules is a four-engine turboprop military transport aircraft and the main tactical airlifter for many military forces worldwide. Over 40 models and variants of the Hercules serve with more than 50 nations. In December 2006 the C-130 became the fourth aircraft (after the English Electric Canberra in May 2001, B-52 Stratofortress in January 2005 and the Tupolev Tu-95 in January 2006) to mark 50 years of continuous use with its original primary customer (in this case the United States Air Force).

Capable of short takeoffs and landings from unprepared runways, the C-130 was originally designed as a troop, medical evacuation and cargo transport aircraft. The versatile airframe has found uses in a variety of other roles, including as a gunship, and for airborne assault, search and rescue, scientific research support, weather reconnaissance, aerial refuelling and aerial firefighting. The Hercules family has the longest continuous production run of any military aircraft in history. During more than 50 years of service the family has participated in military, civilian and humanitarian aid operations.

Since it is capable of so many things, it would be hard to guess the nature of this aircraft.

There's also some vehicles moving down south:

The C-130 got over Francis E Warren AFB and then disappeared. I assume it landed.

And Sakanas appears in the extreme lower right corner. At least that's what I think it is. When you click on the dot you see the letters "Saka" before it trails off the screen.

Look at this article:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/FALCON_%28DARPA%29

Quote:
Force Application and Launch from Continental United States, dubbed FALCON, is a joint project between the United States Air Force and the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA). The program aims to develop a reusable, rapid-strike Hypersonic Cruise Vehicle (HCV). The latest project to be announced under the Falcon banner is a fighter-sized unmanned aircraft called "Blackswift" which would take off from a runway and accelerate to Mach 6 before completing its mission and landing again. The memo of understanding between the USAF and DARPA on Blackswift - also known as the HTV-3X - was signed in September 2007. If the project gets the $800 million USD in funding needed to build two prototypes, it will be designed by the Lockheed Martin Skunk Works, with the engines being built by Pratt and Whitney.

There is a spot on the map (in the state of SD, west of Pierre and North of Chadron, NE) marked "HLS GPS 8000." There is a line "flashing" on the icon.

Is that Morse Code?

EDIT: Yes, I believe it is. It is a message that is about a minute long and then repeats.

Cities (and one object) are colored yellow around Denver. I wonder if that means destroyed or radioactive.

The Xs with a lighter green backgrund and no border are labeled "Fast-Eatz." This is mentioned on the J&R website. http://www.jenningsandrall.com/html/index.php?cle=4715474 The website says they will include satellite uplinks soon.
