Great work Petunia and it's open for whenever we need it.
Great idea.

Can we vote or agree on closing The Lounge and other off topic posts?

Always been against closing the lounge, and still am.
My vote is no. But I do think all off topic comments should be put there and not in IG threads.
But meh..It's just my vote.

IMHO, it would help a lot if people started putting SPEC in their post titles, or in the body of the post whenever the SPEC bug bites.
Re:longer posts--it only takes a sec to put SPEC in the subject box and it makes SPEC digestion much pleasanter.

This is in no way attacking you, I'm just going to make my point from a different angle.
The Lounge as a topic is fantastic. It keeps unnecessary chatter out of in-game topics. That is, if it's used properly. Which it's not. So why keep it around? We still have random LOLz and inter mingling in in-game topics.
Not only that, but when The Lounge stays in the top five topics for a week straight when we have twenty-five other valid, in-game topics that are getting ignored then something is wrong. The Lounge is not a chat room, you can post and make comments but for God's sake don't spend your whole existence in there and ignore everything else.
Some of us actually like playing.

Ok, this might not EXACTLY fit here, but here is what the framers expect of us. This was sent to me via an anonymous PM. My guess is that it is ICON, but who knows.
"It is hoped the characters will find meaning in the hearts of the players and that the players will find something for themselves in the hearts of the characters.
There is no other good reason to continue but that it matters past dollars and cents. See that.
Poetry or whatever you feel it is, it is the mandate for you all. They want you to go deep with the characters. Far too often is black and white and good and evil the way of storytelling. Perhaps they do it because these blurred lines confuse you."
Basically, stick with the characters. If we lose our connection with them, the game becomes pointless and worthless. Lets try and stay on task.

ok, so OT threads are out, and others are combined....when are we going to do this, cause we don't have a lot of time? This needs to be done now, by whatever powers that be.

The powers that be don't do anything they aren't inclined to do, and they do it whenever the hell they decide to get around to it. Haven't you noticed?

If we do then fate has spoken. We can not alter the winds of change.
