Now, not to be playing the Devil's advocate or burst anyone's bubbles. But Edwin mentioned several times that he has the proof we need. Did anyone ask him to provide us with that proof?

in order to write a viable proposal for the Aces, we will need the following:

Detailed transgressions the Queen made.
Proof or testamony from reliable sources regarding the same trangressions and a proposal for requested resolution or action.

We need to be careful how this is worded. If it is accusatory, the Aces could feel threatened themselves.

I think that this needs to be presented as a document of "disclosure or discovery" to the Aces. Similar to what you might find in a court room. The letter given to the grand jury outlining all the charges and proof thereof and suggested charges to be filed. In a sense that's what the Aces will be. A grand jury deciding on grounds for indictment.

Again, we are houseguests. Not everyone is happy we are there.

Unless you guys think it's overboard. My gut instinct is, they haven't taken us tooseriously thus far. Let's show them what we can be worth to them.

 		I think that's exactly what we need to do. Accusing will get us nowhere and we need to essentially walk on eggshells with any approaches to the Aces. Dom specifically said that they didn't take the idea of including us in the negotiations seriously, so we need to show them that we're worthy of them taking note.

Edwin is signing this as well, correct? I still have to re-read the chat log. If not, I think we need to make sure that he gets a read through of it before it gets sent out. Jonah as well, of course.

I was actually going to suggest that we have Dom review it. Seems like something more up his alley. As for the deck, I don't think they should sign it. I think that we need to request a written a signed statement from them as material witnesses to her actions.

If we present this as;

To the Noble Aces,

We the passengers greatly appreciate the opportunity you have offered us to visit among you. Therefore, out of respect for you as our hosts and concern for your safety as friends, we would like to bring to your attention a few matters concerning possible breaches to your security....."
