[SPEC]/[QUESTION] Communication...

If Dana figured out how to communicate with whatever is infecting her computer, maybe that's what we are supposed to do?

I mean, I've read in a topic that all these pictures are being watched by an IP address, so if we put a question into an image and send it to that hotmail account, maybe we'll get a response in it?

I mean, Dana figured it out somehow. Maybe that's what we have to do...

(I searched, and I don't think this has been discussed before... If it has, sorry.)

How come a topic has so many views but no replies?

Someone tell me if they think it's so good or no good, please. Wink

I haven't a clue how to distort images. When I tried adding something to an image in Notepad, it just didn't show the picture at all... Anyone know how to do it?

Honestly, I think The Queen communicated with Dana, not vice versa. Dana really hasn't figured anything out, that's been left to us.

However you're on the right track. Check for the thread about communicating with (probably) The Pious Flea via ladybee777SPLAThotmail.com.

I e-mailed a killer.jpg image, but it was blank because I added something in notepad. I hope it works.

multilingual ai?

obviously, the more lines of communication you have, the better.

question : has anyone tried sending the entities any examples of visual language? a set of isotypes, tracking codes, egyptian hieroglyphs?

the theory is that the AI (or AIs) are appropriating emails sent into the ladybee777 address, and using them as raw materials for responding to you. obviously, you don't need to teach the entity the meaning of the words, but you do have to 'supply' them first.

a visual language is far more versatile than a written/spoken one, for being much more general. if you were to supply the entity with the 'blocks' of a basic visual language, it might give you an additional method of communication.

apologies if this is no use...

Idea Actually, that's a really interesting spec. In The Beast (the old A.I. movie ARG), that was a major theme - an AI that spoke only in images. I don't think anything in this game has pointed us in that direction yet (we've only gotten text hidden in images of "real world" things), but I'll bet dollars to, um, donuts that there will be something like that soon.

So let's see what happens. I'll send some pictures tonight.

Maybe we should email it a dictionary.

I'm half serious.

That looks good, I still got it as an image and everything. Good work on getting the text into the image file like that, I couldn't get it to work.

Make sure to keep us updated if you get any reply Very Happy

Trout I'll refer you here to find other great minds who think like you, Dilly-O (BTW, really liked your computer text translations!)

In fact this whole thread probably belongs over there now that I think about it. [self-trout]

That seems to be the only thing I'm good for.
