So that's either confirmation, or distraction.
EDIT: and then this...

Judging by this week's theme, these are probably the sort of things monkeys would type on typewriters and hence not ciphers.

Web pages? In a former job I worked on websites. Might these be webpages? You know the code that sometimes comes up when you do a search and you get that big old link that takes you to a page. Sometimes they look like jibberish but they actually have a specific location they refer to. If you know the domain name you are plugging it into you could test it.

Ok, I know we are not supposed to share, so shhhh
I am going to assume that this also refers to those who got ciphers to crack, they are THIER ciphers.
However, 5D did post that bulliten about things shifting in proprtion.
I have 3 ideas regarding this:
Maybe it is a keyboard shift.
look at the first letter and shift either right/left/up/down a certain number of keys t get the correct character. Just a thought.
OR: takey only every 2nd, 3rd, or 4th letter etc... or a combination of the 2
My last suggestion is maybe something as simple and stupid as rearanging groups of letters (some almost look like words, some may be phonetic words buried in crap, ya know?)
ANywho the clues shift and proportions are your keys.

Interesting that you quoted a lyric. So few are doing so. We wonder if
perhaps they have been overlooked altogether.
