 		I have a thought. Do you think we need to locate his position on the redeye map?

There are a few websites out there with listings of registered fire lookouts in each of those states. They are listed by decimal degrees, same as the redeye map.

Very odd... it almost sounds like our boy here is suicidal, and over mosquitoes and flies no less. I definitely think there's more here than meets the eye.


It also sounds like he/she's near a body of water, perhaps a wetland or a lake. The Redeye map seems to show rivers and lakes. We can surmise he's not on the outskirts of Denver, so I'm going to search north and south along that longitude to find possible locations with: A body of water, in or near a state or national forest, with a watchtower in the general area, all at a rough distance of 30-45 miles from Cheyenne (I'm assuming Cheyenne WY) with few obstructions between them. Then I'll note the lat/long and compare it to the Redeye map.

Aside: I'm still getting these messages even though I texted for a stop. That's not what concerns me though. The thing is, I get them twice within a minute of each other instead of just once. Is anyone else getting duplicate messages?

The only thing I can think is that when you unsubscribed is that it misread it as a re-registration. I'm not only not getting dupes, but not getting some of the messages even once.

Which is the same sender as :

two helicopters flew towards the sun just now

I find it strange that the possibility that we are presented multiple senders is not explorated much. I'm still trying to catch up on this ARG,so it is a bit difficult to connect some dots yet.

Edit: Also, I'm I the only one to have received "08/02/08 22:36"
my sunset just happened@ " and ""10/02/08 20:42"

Your not the only one to receive from actual numbers. I have as well. I have also received these messages. All of them (though some came through much later, an on-going issue with Bell) came to me. I got the messages from different cell numbers for different messages (as compared to yours). All the numbers, however, were the 'same'. None were different from the overall "list". Being registered to Rogers in Sudbury ON. I am almost now convinced that they are just 'block' numbers kept by Rogers for SMS. My only caveat to this is that you can call the number, no answer, but not what I would expect if it was a SMS transmit number.


EDIT: I also received one from 705-507-8377.
