To not take up anymore time of this forum, especially on an off topic discussion, I would love to have a discussion with you about this on AIM if you so wish. I currently have errands to run but should be back in an hour or a little more. Feel free to PM me a time that's good for you.

There is no need for further discussion of the sanctus. The secrecy was not for secrecy's sake, to make us feel like we know any more than you do, to feel like we're the elite or hide information. That is NOT what it was about. The secrecy was to maintain the immersion for everyone else while a select few were brought in to represent the group and help insure the game didn't end prematurely.
We will not be interrogated or put on the defensive. Everything we've done, we've done for the best interest of the group.
"Interrogation"? Um. Overstate much?
As for being put on the defensive, how's about being told to sit down, shut up and be handled later, all for your own good?
Of course, nobody is forcing you to discuss anything. In turn, I trust you will respect my right to say what I choose.

I propose that you guys start a new 'sanctus' thread in which to discuss this stuff. I came in AFTER sanctus and so it doesn't apply to my concept of the game at all. It could be TOTALLY relevant, and if so it deserves its own thread. If it's NOT relevant, then at least the debate will be all in its own place.
no new emails, huh? My last one was the german one, signed by Brody.

Having spent the day in the dark forest(Das Wald)of catch-up I could be wrong but I see only one German FrontDsk email which was:Ein Spiel der Oberteile. and translates "A game of the main/chief components".
Having to speak German every day my immediate thought was Now it's time to concentrate on the main characters of the story. I went to check out the omine.jpg with "the yellow brick road" for more clues(no dice but I'm pooped) and returned thinking I was on the wrong thread.
Pretty sure that mail is advising us to concentrate on the major story lines of 48HIP.

I'm very veeeerrrry jealous of your linguistic abilities, Amandel. Thanks for the guidance!!
that 'yellow brick road' thing is so weird. I keep thinking that it's relevant to a 'man behind the curtain', but I think that's too much of a leap.

e-mail On 2 separate occasions i sent 2 emails, both to skinlessSPLAT 48-hours.net
on the first i recieved the response posted by most and i responded with a little quip of my own
ME:Brody I hope you come back soon, we miss you and hope you're okay.
i sent this hoping i might get something different but i got this:
Front Dsk: Spak into th void. Rassuranc is a gust with a switchblad and a smil.(speak into the void. Reassurance is a guest with a switchblade and a smile)
so i emailed back:will the void speak back
front Dsk:Somtims.
i thought this was intriging since the 48HIP.com site has serena going into water, could it possibly be a "void" and i thought if the switchblade and smile reference meant that our previous assumptions are wrong, maybe this void is someone to contact.
anyway, my other email is this:
ME:can you tell me where brody is heading. i don't intend to meet him or stop him. i'm just concerned and would be content knowing just where he's going.
front dsk:Fr will is his and h may travl whithr h wishs.(free will is his and he may travel whither he wishes)
i figure they mean that Brody is traveling without really informing whover Front Dsk is.
is there anyway to get in contact with TM? i was hoping to discuss a few things with her.

I was out of the loop for a while and so I'm trying to get back into it. So on a whim I email veronique asking if she can find brody. Didn't post anything because I didn't get anything worthwhile until just a little bit ago.
Basically, front dsk says no and I asked who can help, front dsk says the search for brody blog spot. So I say "Clearly that's not enough, or we would have found him." Then it gets interesting...
front dsk: vry tr bgins with a sd
me: do we have that seed?
front dsk: you ar that sd

either that means you're the key or the group as a whole is the key.
No offense but i'm guessing the latter here.

I figured the latter as well so I asked, waiting on a reply.

could it also mean that we are at the beginning of actually following him. that the blog is the start and (pardon the cliche)"follow the trail of bread crumbs" to the next clue and so on?
if so then what is the next clue

That would go well with our recent clue to follow the yellow brick road.

Nice job, Silent dream and the rest of you! I haven't been sure if our present priority is to search for hidden clues inside the webpage or to harass Brody. Haven't heard a word from him, by the way. No sign of the promised postcards. I wonder if those meant something else...
