I would absolutely LOVE it if this was a Faust reference. For those of you who haven't read the plays, Faust (or Faustus, depending on whether you're reading Goethe or Marlowe) sold his soul to the devil in exchange for knowledge. The knowledge, of course, gave him great power. He didn't use his knowledge OR his power for good, but instead squandered it on a series of petty indulgences. Then he died and got dragged to spooky, pitchfork filled hell.

I'm glad the film is doing well. I've decided not to bother looking it up.
I'm sorry you're stuck with the hassle of keeping the wolves at bay, but I just can't face press right now.
They'll forget pretty soon, anyway. They alway do.

I dropped my mom a line to re-assure her everything is ok and that I'll be visiting her when I can.

This damned mental block is making nuts, Nabsy. I'll pull through it and get back to work, but life sure does like to lay down a mean shit-kicking sometimes, doesn't it? You understand. I know.

So I'll keep you posted.

I guess I've got to get some closure, hiding behind the booze hasn't done shit for me. But it feels better for an hour or two.

I miss her still, Joe. Can't get her out of my head. The nightmares have subsided, so has some of the rage.
I still have some questions, but I know they won't get easy answers, if any.

And dude, I know you mean well, but scrap the impersonator bit. It's not like those guys aren't going to find our soon anyway. Just pay the guy and send him along, ok?

Music, Music, I Hear Music...
Well, the mid-winter blues are here, aren't they. Back and forth, of course, not just sad or happy. That wouldn't make sense.

Flies and Blue Skies and all that. And what I wouldn't give to cry king's x, but the past isn't meant to be changed, just to teach. And it's a harsh teacher, isn't it?

The beach is amazing, but I heard a song I just had to look up. And it's caught in the pit of my gray matter. Like a sad, reminiscent ode...
