•Charles webmaster of the cambridge mental hosp. website
• Dr. Edward House was regarded as a pioneer and was considered "the" frontiersman in mental health at the time reopened Cambridge house and used a new style of asylum organization

• Old Todd referenced by Charles nomad-type who lives on the hospital grounds obsessed with birds a mind like a steel trap
• Charles' landlady died in her sleep
• Howard orderly who used to work at Cambridge deceased penpal of sorts with Charles

• Fletcher Livingstone worked in Administration in the early 50's offered a more prestigious position in an institution in CT
• Susan G. from Wichita wrote Charles asking about Fletcher Livingstone

Dead Poems
• Ann Starling - former inmate of Cambridge mental Hospital, purpoted to have the psychic ability to talk with the Dead. Perhaps is the girl in the story (http://www.cambridgementalhospital.com/stories2.html) from CMH website.
• Reed Singleton - grandson of Ann Starling, who has compiled her poetry into a book, "Dead Poems", scheduled to be released August 17, 2004.
