If Lombard is a street and you add the clue "way view" or rather "street view" in your google search you will get some interesting results. Google Maps has a street view where you can actually navigate the streets as if you were driving on the street. You can view the street in all angles (VERY COOL). You can even zoom in close on objects. Not sure if I am on a wild goose chase but if the puzzles have used maps already (example: page 2)....
So now I am Street Viewing Lombard St. in San Francisco. If this does not lead to the answer at least I can say I've been to Lombard St and seen the sights.

ya i thought that too, but i've been up and down lombard street on google street view typing in everything i saw and nothing worked. What is famous about Lombard street? Does it have any famous buildings or flowers or anything like that?

By the way this might not help: I thought that on lombard street that across from it was the sea which ment "blue" and u can also see "view" alcatraz island from lombard street.i have also found out about a sport that people play call geocaching in which people hide things all over the world and there are some hidden things on lombard street. geocaching is where u get the cordinants online where someone has hidden something and take ur gps and find it and log it that u found it.[spoiler]

The only thing that Lombard is famous for, that I know of, is that it is known as the crookedest street in America between Hyde St and Leavenworth St.
seanyy,
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
did you look between Hyde and Leavenworth. I am going to give that a try.
