No other active groups that I know of, but I'll leave it to others who know the scene better to be the definitive answer. There were a few at Something Awful that were following at the start, but they seem to have died down. Not sure about people following along on Facebook. So far all of the drop pickups (save one apparently given to an IG character) and puzzle solves have come from uF.
