Also, I am sure that "puzzles" refers to all puzzle pics, not just the ones currently being worked on. Gotta know where you came from to get to where you need to go right?

It became useless after so much downtime. Other than info about how the game started, it is all irrelivant. The Story so far is all newer people need to start off.

I disagree. I think if there was an updated wiki that had everything in it, it would be a hell of a lot easier to collect old clues than to surf around from messageboard to messageboard just to find the stuff that you already know. Unfortunately I had no idea what an ARG was when this game started, I'm coming into this after a seriously long time of gameplay. Clues that might seem old and irrelevant to you or documentation of old puzzles that were solved would seriously help me gain insight on how this game has been played and how it will most likely continue to be played.

fresh eyes are well rested and able to see better than weary ones. and i think that if new players had access to all of the old information, they would be better prepared and more confidant to help in the future.

I still haven't seen all of the websites, don't have many email addresses or whatever, and at this minute I'm having a hell of a time finding blog entries by Jagt, even though they're refferred to hundreds of times and the website they used to be on isn't a blog anymore. My point is that the Story So Far introduction is seriously lacking in information. It is a nice primer, but a LOT has been left out. The information is out there, it's just really hard to get straightforward answers about past events. It's a lot of work.

I just don't like not knowing what everyone else does.

goodluck, I understand because I felt the same when I entered the game in mid-November. Some of us were posting on a losttv thread, and most of Jagt's blog posts are there along with some images amandel posted. http://losttv-forum.com/forum/showthread.php?t=42787 You'll probably want to disregard page one because those videos were removed at that time, but the rest you might find helpful.

Well the site seemed to have changed back to the plain 48 with the shadow behind it.

Source remains the same.

Edit--

Looking at it again the shadow seems to have spirals or something in it sorta like a finger print.

That pic looks a lot like the pose that Serena is doing in this pic I attached. There is also static behind her head but I am unsure of why.
