[SPEC] survive, evade, reveal, escape

I tried, truely.

Old problem in Phase one was between use of reveal instead of resist in Melissia's mantra.

Just now reading through the completed Operator's monologue in Phase two, Cap. Green says
Quote:
Our job is to gather intelligence

One of the meanings of reveal is uncover which is another way of saying decrypt?

This suggests to me that the soldjers mantra has become the spies mantra.

note also that later, in her anger, she uses resist instead of reveal.

I know this is so simple that surely someone else has mentioned this solution. I've been reading every day and have not seen it.

Coffee yaaaaaaaaaaaaaawn.... morning...........

its a good idea actually.... i noticed that too... but it hasn't been brought up in phase 2 yet.... maybe the princess/flea is the intelligence component and the queen is containing the soldier/defense portions of the AI

It kind of makes sense, I think. You mean if for an intelligence ship it might have a partitioned AI, and each partition might have a different personality? A format something like this:
Quenn; regular operations, soldier protocal
Sleeping Princess; cover personality, used to disguise what the ship really is
Pious Flea; since it seems hard to spot/find would be intel gathering
Spider; a repair/upkeep protocal

I guess it could work. And from what I read in the novels, since this is an ONI ship I definitly wouldn't put it past them to do something like that.

the princess and the flea are both completely independant processes from the queen judging from the SPDR comand text and the flea is definitely not considered a friendly process by SPDR as it tried to "bite" the flea, but it considers it harmless for the time being.

Good points, but that's what partitioned means, seperate or independant, but existing in the space (mind or memory core). And the Flea could be an outside intrusion program. These are just my ideas and I welcome counter-arguements and debates, they help me think of new things and piece things together.
