Ok so far I've been unable to attach those files to here or Photobucket because the ext doesn't exist.

Zara if you're around possible to email them to you so you can upload them to your site? - Or anyone else who has an uploadable domain?

Leyton - try changing the extension to .txt in order to attempt to put them up as an attachment here. OR, package them up in a ZIP or RAR file.

No. Just changing the extension does nothing to the data. Only if you say opened it in something like Word and then saved it again would there be potential for extra characters being added. You can try it yourself - make a copy of one of the files, rename it, look at both of them (especially in something like a hex editor) and you should see that they are the same. Rename it back to the original extension and still no difference.

Working for me.
So, nothing new gained by the second set of OPH files. Images don't seem to give us anything to go on right now. Maybe we have to wait for Jason's findings on the source of the faxes.

Who's been checking/destegging the 4 pics I found today?

The more I think about it the more likely I think it is that .OPH signifies that they are related to Project O. And that we may need to wait for a clue from that side before we can decode the files.
