I just...like...totally met MGP (100% serious).
He was like getting gas at the filling station where I work...so I said, "Hi MGP".
And he was like, "Hey man, I totally don't like the name Mr Gumpypants, because...like...I'm not grumpy, nor do I wear pants."
So I was like, "Well dude, what do you want to be called?"
And he goes, "Call me by my name...George."
And I was all, "K...nice to meet you George...your movie totally rocked!"

Then he got all Hollywood and ignored me.

Like...I totally got ignored by Mr Gru....er...George!

Im really not concerned about defending my OP anymore, due to the irrational responses I've received, but its nice to see someone with basic common sense and logic.

OOG: Just to twist the knife a little, I just met Willie Nelson, Toby Keith, and the comedian Rodney Carrington! Im a huge Willie fan and Carrington is f'ing hilarious. Very cool guys and yes Willie looked BAKED!

Look for the movie "Beers for My Horses" in the next year. They're out here filming in NM.

I can't find my post from the day I started this thread.
Anyways here goes one more time:
I went out on the back dock for a smoke and when I came back through the lobby of the hotel. There was a short blonde girl leaning up against the wall at the front desk. I was checking her out and noticed she looked like Jaime. So as I passed her by I said "Hello Jaime" to see if it would catch her attention. She turned and looked right at me and smiled and kinda blushed. I was standing about 3 or 4 feet away looking right at her and I knew it was her. At that point I asked if she heard anything from Teddy. She said "Who knows and who cares" and I said "No more hate dances I guess then" She laughed and shook my hand and said "It's Sara actually". I introduced myself and asked how her stay was. The guy she was with came over after checking out and told her he was ready to go and she just said it was fine and I said it was nice to meet you and she left. End of story.
I talked to her for less than a minute.
Evidently that didn't happen and Im lying according to the majority of responses I've gotten.

I don't know...you'd think people would've learned from the whole boy-who-cries-wolf scenerio by now. I can't say I blame people for not believing you.
However, as I have never been at the recieving end of anything you've apparently dished out, I will say that I believe you...that is, unless the time comes when you're proven to be lying, in which case even my (possibly naive) trust will go humbly down the drain.

Im not really sure why Im pegged as a liar or a troll.
Ive seen worse from others on this board as far as rudeness and insults.
I just looked over my history and the only thing I did in the past was post a thread about trolling.
Definitely not a boy who cried wolf.
Ive definitely screwed around on the IMDb boards and I'll admit that, but its fun to do it on that board and not so much here.
Either way, we all were wondering who the hell Jamie really is and I posted this thread less than 5 minutes after I met her because I assumed it would be well received. I know better now.

Well, I can't say anything, 'cause I don't know you. I should say that my 'boy who cried wolf' comment wasn't necessarily directed at you, I've just seen it happen so much. As I said, I will believe you until shown why I shouldn't. Although, it would also help to be shown why I should.
But, I can understand how it's hard to tell if someone's lying or not when you can't look right at them, and that makes people inherently hard to trust over the net.
