...why the hell do people get so defensive and/or offensive when it comes to video game consoles?

Do you work for Sony/Nintendo/Microsoft/Whatever? Are you trying to push that product? Who cares, really?

I enjoy the Wii and my original Xbox and my SNES and my old-school Mac computer games (Dino Safari anyone?)!



P.S. There's all kinds of cool stuff for the Wii, man! Besides the obvious Mario games and Smash Brothers stuff, there's No More Heroes, The new Dragon Quest game, the Wii sports games (undeniably fun!), plenty of stuff! Just because it's not as "hardcore" (or whatever) as the Playstation doesn't make it shit.



So, for all you people who really do know about games, what would be the best console (or computer?) to see a Cloverfield game on? Would it work to have it on all three major systems? Is one specifically "more powerful" than the others in the sense of graphics or memory or processing that would make it great for that system, but it'd have to be dumbed down for the others?

well isnt the PS3 the most powerful? It has blue ray technology, so ild assume. So itld be best there

If they get rid of the floating through the bushes physics, it'll probably be the most realistic gaming experience...ever, I guess. But if you watch videos for it, not everything in the jungle has physics. But it's not finished, right?

three things.

1) That looks like an earlier image.

2) the game is already out.

3) the only thing i remember not having physics in the jungle is the ground. I can shoot down just about EVERY tree in the game except for huge ones.

Ah. Well, the video I watched had the floaty bushes thing. Does the final game have the same thing?

EDIT: Now there's three things. My point is, if you're crouched down and you walk through a bush with long leaves sticking out, do the leaves brush aside and touch your character, or do you just pass through them?

Crysis would be decent if it didn't have the same retarded AI from FarCry.

i played the ps3 and both of the other systems and the ps3 looked the best and was just all around kick ass.
i want one but i got other things to spend money on..like my quad.

You know..... I have a question..... Why can't the Cloverfield Game be on the PS2? Sure, you may say that the PS2 may be an outdated console, but it is still alive and kicking. Besides, these people are creating a game engine to fit on multiple consoles.
