Nevermore: I try to refrain from terms like antagonist in terms of this game, since there are so many angles to view character angles.

For instance, Dana and Melissa are both each other's antagonists, provided that you view either one as a protagonist.

So, the view that the Princess is an antagonist really is just stating that the Princess has the potential to come into conflict with other characters or the ability to destroy stuff, neither of which necessitate that she be a completely independent entity, both of which necessitate that she have weapon-like capabilities. If it's hard to notice, I like my theories because they can mesh with other theories to a favorable degree.

In any event, The Queen wants to be hostile to Dana, so much is clear from the Operator's Monologue. Yet, she hasn't been hostile to Dana as far as we know; she's only communicated and taken webcam pictures. She LOOKED for things to get into, take control of and thus use to harm Dana, but she can't directly pose a threat to anything. Perhaps The Sleeping Princess is something akin to a weapons suite which would grant the Queen the ability to cause real harm in some manner or other.
