Im looking to make an ARG at the moment, but I still need to decide about the 'end game'

Where would most people be available to get to?

Manchester?
London?

any others?

 		Where are you looking for? I would look at the uF frappr map (a tad out of date, but gives you a good idea of locations): http://www.frappr.com/unfiction

Besides that, I would aim for population centers in the general area you're shooting for.
