 		well a lot of people complaning about the military doing an evac beforehand...imagine trying to evacuate all of manhatten. Would take a very long time, and a lot of work.

They quit the timestamps most likely because of the disparity between the dates they first used and the movie.

So the actual date on any picture/post can be ignored. What is important is the timing. The timing all matches the timeline of the run up to the attack correctly. They couldnt change the dates on the posts in myspace since they don;t have the ability to, they had to use the december date in Jamies vid because us in realtime swould be watching for an update on that day (the actual date she opened it would have been in april.. but if they put that date in it would have f'd us all up waiting 5 months)

The original pics had those dates because at the beginning, All We Had Was A Date. So they were showing these pictures happening the day of the premier, not the attack. (which I think the arg producers also thought was the attack date at that time, just as we did)

We have the posts in myspace indicating the character actions leading up to the attack. Indcating when Rob and became despondant, looked for a new job, slepping w/ beth etc, and the last posts of the characters heading to the party on 1/18

So the RL date was 1/18, the IG date was May 22 (and then the 23rd when Rob gives his self-eulogy)

Tracing backward from that we can give the approximate IG date for any of the events.

All the updates we have are pre/during attack. After the attack makes no sense. Not only IG, but from a marketting PoV, since they can't say what happens at the end of the movie, or allow us to make assumptions of the end of the film.

The pictures as posted show a progression toward the coast. We know Chuai happened couple weeks before the attack on NY, and that several days later the cargo ship was attacked (pic 2) because of the news reports we can place those two in order. At this point we can either wallow in uncertainty or make the logical leap to apply Occam's razor to it, and allow that the rest follow the pattern.

(note, I don't have the quote so am unsure of the source, so the following statement is shaky) It was stated once by a producer or something and quoted here that they didnt know we'd place so much importance on the dates.

I beleive, once they realized that the made it a point to cut back the importance by not dating anything they didn't need to. and trying to play down the dates we had.

Oh, and no PMSing here. Just debating logically. Unless we'd like flames.. I suck at them but could look some up on IMDB for reference. Very Happy
