You know what? I did some searching and found this huge coincidence (you gotta admit its at least a coincidence). I thought I'd at least post it to see if smarter minds might see something I didn't (b/c I didnt personally see any correlation, but more minds are better than one). I even put little things like "What does it mean, IF ANYTHING?" in there to show it more than likely doesn't even mean anything.

Probably the person who picked the names was a X-Files fan. Or it's just coincidence. I doubt it has anything to do with teh actual game.
