It's a motion sickness warning

My Japanese is a bit rusty, but from the inclusion of works like "Action Type Movie" and "Paramount Films Japan" in Katakana at the bottom for the warning. Not to mention that preceding "Hakaisha" in Romaji is "Kurobaafiirudo", I can safely denote that it's just a motion sickness warning.

If it's just a motion sickness warning, then it makes pefect sense.

See, the Japanese are oddly prone to motion sickness. That's also why First Person Shooter (FPS) games aren't very big in Japan.
