Chances are there will be 2 Disc Edition and possibly a Director's Cut but we don't know yet.

Hell, even the Barney Movie had a director's cut...it featured 5 new scenes that weren't seen in theatres, including one scene where TJ gave Barney his world-famous Baby Bop in the closet.
So, I'm assuming Cloverfield will have a Director's Cut.
Oh, and hey exlax...how's it goin?

Yeah, I realized that after, but people had quoted me by then, so I figured it would be useless to change it. I don't watch Barney, so... (I'm sure all of you will be glad to hear that, lol)

im so hoping for a directors cut or some deleted scenes at least. that was my only beef with the whole movie that it was too short. an extra ten or fifteen minutes would make me a very happy boy

So long as I can see MGP chomp on a few people (maybe use that mysterious 2nd set of arms?), I'll be happeh.

forget the director's cut. i want to see the UNRATED version. you see the whole amateur porn that rob and beth made, and all the booby flashes and wild orgies at rob's party.

Isn't the Unrated version usually the Director's Cut? As in, "Unrated Director's Cut"

nope. unrated is the the stuff they had to cut out for pure ratings purposes. director's cut is usually scenes that were cut because it dragged a scene on for too long, or wasn't a major purpose to the plot.
