I looked up the address, and there are many companies that share it, so it appears to be in a big commercial building type thing. A few of them have similar telephone numbers, too.

(In other news, this is a horrible time to go on vacation. I'm leaving tomorrow for a week. Gah! You guys need to record everything assiduously, yes? Please?)

Yer bummin' Omnie, 'cuz this is lookin' juicy!
Called TT half hour ago. Got a man, and i asked if they were still hiring contestants. Said yes, apply on website. I said i'd heard rumors abour a project that went bad, "House of Dread or sumthin'?" and i had safety concerns. He said he couldn't talk about previous projects for "Contestant pprivacy issues" but he could pass me up the phone ladder...
listened to thunping action movies disco for a bit, the got Linda Roman's VM. Charming, Texan(?) accent, left VM about the same concerns, after highly praising the concept....

Anybody get any good voice time with TT?

This might not be relevant but every time I read that company name, I get Tomorrow Stalk instead of Tomorrows Talk.

Here is a nice shot of the barcode that displays in the top left of the TT website.

Barcode Numbers are 5 9 4 1 2 9 4 0 0 0 2 2

bar code

Barcode Numbers are 5 9 4 1 2 9 4 0 0 0 2 2

Just wondering if this is also a shout out to Lockjaw. Throughout that game the number 45912 was used repeatedly. That number came from the Cloudmakers Yahoo group message number where the rabbit hole was found. (I think). Or is my mind working overtime here?

Country code?

The first two or three digits of a bar code indicate country of origin. E.g. Products packaged in the US or Canada begin with 00 to 13, and products beginning with 50 were packaged in the UK.

A bar code beginning with 594 means the country of origin would be Romania...

It's a US barcode.

US barcodes have 12 digits, everywhere else has 13 digits.

Hmmm

Well, perhaps it's a coupon barcode then? (a normal US barcode wouldn't begin with a 5)

http://electronics.howstuffworks.com/upc3.htm

Then again, it's could be completely unrelated to normal bar codes--if it has any meaning at all...

Just tried checking this out on the website below:
http://www.upcdatabase.com/

This wasn't a valid barcode, as the last "normal check" digit would need to be a 0 not a 2, but if you make that change you get the following info:

The manufacturor (94129) is not recorded in this database, but products with an identical manufacturors code were all "storage containers."

If this is a coupon, it's value code indicates it would be a "buy 4 get one free" coupon...

I know, I know. I have way too much time on my hands... Wink

<obligatory n00b remark>
It's my first post!
</obligatory n00b remark>

http://www.fedex.com/cgi-bin/tracking?action=track&language=english&last_action=alttrack&ascend_header=1&cntry_code=&initial=x&mps=y&tracknumbers=594129400022
(sorry for breaking the h-scroll!)

It seems to be a UPS tracking number, but they have no record of it yet.
And that doesn't seem to be a dummy 'bad number' page; I tried changing one of the digits and tracking that and it told me it was an invalid number.

That's gotta be it DeathPrawn! Well spotted! There's no way that could be a coincidence.

We'll have to keep an eye on that tracking page...
