Location of all of the tattoo people

I know there was a map posted of where all of the amnesiacs are, but I can't find it. Can someone repost their locations. I'm working on a hunch here, but need their locations.

Thanks millions

Chat Highlighting Tool

Since it looks like some of us are chatting with the characters. I'd like to suggest this highlighting tool to make the chats easier to read. Also, if the chat is long, it would be great if you add a little summary of your chats, and emails to the beginning or end of your posts. It makes it a lot easier for those who don't have time to read the whole chatlog or email. Smile

Found you guys through ThaJinx's blog.

Wow, this is all very interesting! I've been reading back all night, and a particular question was raised that I don't believe was ever really looked at. Maybe I missed something, but I'm not sure...

It was mentioned that someone had asked Ariadne about the ring on her middle finger, and I don't believe they ever updated with if they had been answered or not. Running with the idea that Kai is somehow behind everything, with the sitename and all being 'findthelostring' and how he thought she'd like it. Well, maybe he was actually referencing her only piece of jewelry(that I can see.)

That might actually be important somehow? Much like Renata's pendant maybe?

Edited to avoid double posting: I'm very new to this, so bear with me a little bit? Haha.

Anyway, what I think I was trying to get at is maybe ask for a picture or pictures of the ring and possibly compare it with the photos of the pendant from Larissa. I'd do it, but I'm sure there are plenty of people in contact with Ariadne that she trusts more at this point.

That was me who asked about her ring--she never responded to it. But, I asked on the site, as a comment. I just sent her am e-mail her about it, so she has a clear person to respond to.

I can't remember the cities where Norika or Diego are, but I think Lucie is Paris, Markus is York, UK, Ariadne is Johannesburg, South Africa, and Mei Hei was around Kunming. China.

Weezel, I think you're right that there may be something specific to the 1920 Olympics for us to find. I'm just not sure what set the 1920 games apart from the rest.

I hope I'm not about to trout again...I don't recall this having been mentioned.

But (and this is very speculative) the symbol for the Olympic games, with the 5 rings, made it's official debut at the 1920 games (although it was adopted a little earlier). Perhaps the connection to the 1920 games could be through the five actual rings on the symbol and a sixth one that was, for some reason, excluded or forgotten?

EDIT: Of course I found that someone had mentioned this already after I posted it, but it may still be relevent, at least to the line of thought. Sorry! Anyway, it's the only notable thing I've found about the 1920 games so far.

The Lost Game

I don't know about anyone else, but it seems to me that the lost game is pretty easy to figure out given the contextual clues. The Lost Game is running through a labyrinth.

1. They all seem to be some sort of distance runners, which would help you move quickly, for an extended period of time such as if one was trying to finish a labyrinth quickly.
2. A Labyrinth is a mental challenge, just as the list of "virtues" from the tablet insunuates
3. Every athlete was found in a labyrinth
4. The athletes all seem to have strong memories and mental agility, their amnesia notwithstanding. This makes their amnesia all the more ironic.

I wonder whether the blindfolds were actually worn during the competition, or just while they are led to the starting point? I don't know. But certainly we should appeal to Eli by emphasizing our 6 athletes connections to his lost games, rather than to the ring. Gain his trust.

That's wonderful, I really look forward to any reply she may send you Avatrix. Oh well! It's still rather intriguing though, isn't it?

I'm still sifting through the videos right now, and their translations, but I do have another question/theory/spec about the lost games and our six lost friends:

I'm really leaning towards the thought process that they're the players, and even though it doesn't really work with the numbers maybe we're(you're) all meant to be their trainers? Maybe it's the job of all of us trying to figure things out to guide them through to the attributes they're supposed to personify.

I'm not sure if that made much sense... I've been awake for about 24 hours.

Oh, I do hope I haven't simply rehashed what someone else has already pointed out. What's that called? Something to do with trout?

Aye, trout. Nice to see you've found your way to the game Smile

She's going to Cardiff:

brian, i've already found a flight that gets me into cardiff at 4 PM saturday. if his lecture is that evening or sunday, i could make it but only if the package kai sent me arrives tomorrow!! or, i mean, the package SOMEONE is sending me, not kait of course, because in case there's stuff inside that's not really legal or whatever, it did NOT come from kai, it's from some random person i met on the internet.

anyway...

has Mr. Hunt been so rude to everyone? has he made any friends yet? someone has to be able to figure out where and when he's speaking... how many "benevolent societies" are there in cardiff anyway??

Anyone on Eli's good side? (or at least not sounding like a crazy person?)

Thank you, Jinx. It was you unwittingly appealing to my overly curious nature that got me here. :]

And was that you hinting that I did trout, or simply confirming that I was right?

Following Ranger D's post:
Has anyone googled/searched for a society in Cardiff known for it's "benevolency"?

I'm trying to sound sane, though I'm also prodding him a bit harder than he might like. When he next replies to me, we'll see if I've made his good side or not. My guess is no.

Couldn't help but notice...

That according to herself - we exchanged a few emails - Lucie is a little confused when people speak English to her. So I offered to help her with whatever trouble understanding the emails she gets from unFictionauts she gets, and since I didn't have anything special to do tonight I translated her blog posts (and will continue doing so). Everything's up on my website.
