[RING] [EMAIL] Diego - March 6
he repeats his new title and suggested sports

He
trabajado en la Villa Olímpica en 1984. Conocí a muchos atletas y yo

Tal vez
podamos encontrar a su equipo y su identidad.

You wrote that you are good at sports. If you are very good in a particular sport, then you are probably a member of a team and they are missing you. Please continue to exercise and let us know what sport you are good at. Maybe we find your team and your identity.

gracias nuevamente

Diego

Google translation (and cleaned up by me):

I was told to try judo, rowing or artistic gymnastics,
I'm probably good in these sports ... I do not think they have lost an  Olympic athlete, I would know if they were looking for someone.

I was recently doing exercises and found a word in my head: mythopoeia696 (as documented in a video) ... That tells you something?
I don't know what it means, but having a memory is better than nothing!

Thanks again

Have you (or anyone else) told him what we think it means? That is, the translation of the word, plus the 696th Olympic games (assuming every four years, with no break).

Diego,
I'm not sure if you've been informed yet, but there is a website that
we've discovered with very interesting information about an Ancient
Greek sport that required the athletes to be blindfolded. There are
videos (with subtitles in German) here:
http://dotsub.com/home/collections/index.php?collection=88

It may be that you are an athlete trained for this event. Although how
or why I have no idea.

Partial translation (google, with a little cleanup)

What may have led to the Greeks to destroy all the evidence on this "most important game"? What can be so important to hide?
He says the sport needs to memory and orientation ... That can be related to the labyrinth? And of course: the blindfold.

Maybe I was playing this game, kept secret during many years, which is played while blindfolded and in a maze, and suddenly lost my memory while I played. It could be that the game is so intense that it has made me lose memory?

Or some kind of cult erased my memory, perhaps thinking that I was going to reveal the secret of this game ... Now that I think about it, it said orientation, but does not specifically mention any labyrinth.

If we could relate what he says this with historian
Labyrinths, insurance is a track, since maze and eyes
Blindfolded definitely is not a coincidence ...

I feel that this must have something to do with us, but there are still many more questions than answers ... What to think? Any theory or hypothesis?

Yes, in my reply to him (I usually don't post replies until the character has acknowledged receiving it and thus putting it IG):

Subject: Mythopoeia696 = "narrador"

http://dotsub.com/home/user/index.php?target=5916

Noriko = temperancia (sophrosune696)
Markus = valor (thumos696)

[EMAIL] Diego - March 7

From my email to Diego posted above:
Code:
I know this sounds strange, but watch the video.

There is a translation in Spanish. Mr Hunt spoke of a "loss of sport", in the ancient Olympic Games which is used blindfolds.
And the former "agonothetai" (possessors of a door), which included the name of his boss. It means "storyteller".

The other athletes who have lost their memories have dreamed of other names.
Noriko = temperance (sophrosune696)
Markus = value (thumos696)
Hui Mei = wisdom (sofia696)

We believe that the 969 is because the current Olympic Games would have been the 969th game (if there are no interruptions of the ancient Olympic Games).

Could you be an athlete, who played a sport blindfolded?

Do not speak with Mr. Hunt. He thinks we are crazy and will not talk with us about the lost ring.

Code:
Mythopoeia: narrator / storytelling, recently, as I was exercising, this word appeared suddenly in my head:
Mythopoeia696. The truth is that I did not know the meaning of that word until I saw what the historian said.

Telling stories was an Olympic sport? A sport that remained in the dark after the Greeks went from agonothetai to hellanodikai? Maybe this has something to do with "paignia aletheia megs," the most important game of all, but could not find any meaning ... Storytelling with blindfolded?

I was told to try to do my exercises with agility blindfolded, that could trigger memory and make me remember driving something, I will try as soon as possible!

To display more data and tracks is hopeful, but on the other hand these data ever confuse me more, and I do not know anything about me ... Markus is right, somebody has to be behind it all, if people were able to show 6 out of thin air and that NOONE recognized, certainly have the power to make us disappear also.

Thanks for the help

Looks like Markus' paranoia may be rubbing off on Diego. He is getting frightened that the possibility whomever did this to the 6 of them might come get them and do it again.

My most recent email transaction with Diego reveals that he's scared. I've also alerted him that Ariadne is off to Cardiff.

Thanks you Dav for your help!

I have not written to Hunt yet, my English is very bad and I don't believe he'd understand me. Other people have also told me that they don't trust him. You know something more about us that you're not saying? He will be responsible for all this? I don't know what to think, and I'm beginning to get scared...

And my response...

Quote:
(You know something more about us that you're not saying?)

Oops.

Dav

Oops. That's not what I meant to say. Hunt knows something more about you that he's not saying. If you're going to hide, still write to us or we will get worried. Ariadne is going to Cardiff to meet Hunt and to make him talk. We're going to know more soon.

Damn, they suddenly all have that "I'm afraid" thing going on. I hope they don't hide and stop contacting us. Everyone in contact with them should comfort them and talk them out of hiding etc.

The translation is wrong, this means "Does he [Hunt] know something more about us, and he's not saying it?"... hope that helps... Wink

Dammit, I was afraid that would be the case. Frickin' Google Translator. And I'm only in Spanish 3, so I don't know all the grammar rules yet. >.<
