[EMAIL] Charles @ CMH

I emailed Charles to try and get some information about that marker in the trees (on the third stories page). I got what looks like an auto-response.

Quote:

[Auto-Reply] Remembering the Forgotten

Thank you for writing about www.cambridgementalhospital.com.

Lately I've had little time to maintain the site and respond to e-mails, but
will try to reply as soon as possible.

Until then, I'll make small updates to the site whenever time allows.

Sincerely,

Charles

Trout Look here:

Everyone gets that autoresponse when they email Charles.

When you do get a response from Charles, post it in this thread:

http://forums.unfiction.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=4811

It helps keep the thread count down and makes it easier to look for stuff later.

Are we planning to put every email interaction with Charles in the same thread? I guess I assumed each thread was for a separate interaction (assuming that the interaction is significant and yields new information) - at least this is how I had been posting. Which way should we handle this?

I figure that we should keep general queries (ie, requests for more information about something) all in one thread, and emails about a specific topic (such as as dish's excursion to the site) in their own thread.

That way we don't clutter up the board with lots of threads, -and- people can check the general query thread to see if a question has already been asked.

sounds like a plan to me!
