I honestly can't juggle another ARG at the moment - while AIXO has kind of died down, The Gate Reaction is still going and I have a lot of catching up to do from a week ill.

Haha cool. Latin stuff, my favorite, I guess I'll start here.


Scindo memoria, because of some whacko latin grammer rule called the ablative of means or instrument, actually means either "I cut the memory" or "I cut (by or with) a memory". However, there is another word that is probably better suited to mean that type of cut, and I would choose to interpret it as divide. So far he seems to be using memoria to imply past lives, and so I think this should be taken as meaning "I divide the past life", or "I divide using past lives", possibly even Jacks life.

"Prius memoria" is actually "Ancestors' memory", or maybe "the former memory". In the second case you would have to understand that it's the former memory in comparison to other memories, as prius is either the possesive plural of ancestor or a comparative, and asks the question which memories? Does it mean the directly previous past life, or does it mean simply all earlier past lives, Ancestors' memory being a collective of those past lives?

Omnis means, everything, everyone, or just plain all, but can sometimes even be understood, even though by itself, to mean "all of (some noun in the previous sentence)". Omnis is then maybe some figure who can read all of these past lives. Just my two cents so far.

This new Log video is very interesting but it makes me wonder whether we should take the Latin literally, as someone who understands it fluently or just metaphorically being used by a layman with a dictionary. "vicis vitas" is either ugly Latin or too odd for me to comprehend, and it means something like "the change's lives", and both of these words are nouns. I feel like he probably meant "Life changer" but that would have been something much closer to "vitacommutatur"(thats really rough) and probably either doesn't survive to us in classical Latin, or was never thought up because there are better ways to put that.

Unfortunately, I have no idea how to translate morse code though, and there is alooooooot of it in the Log video. I'll try before I pass out but no promises, sorry!

I wonder what this guy is cooking up and how much of this will involve the Caesar story!

edit2. I can't even begin to figure out what that Morse code means, it's too fast for me to even write down into dots and dashes. I figure it has to give us some clue towards contacting Eli, which looks to be our next step.

Okay, so Eli's video has these names
"hitler, jefferson, paine, caesar, socrates, john the baptist, gutenburg, aristotle, saladin, polo, vinci, confuscious, marx, adam, galileo, napoleon"
and then ends with a quick flash of "you" at the end.

Suggesting maybe we are one of them, or the task he has set out for us is as monumental as theirs? Don't know.

I just downloaded the first video. After analyzing it some, the end of the message seems suspicious to me.

I isolated the last phrase, and it seems to say "travel, through time"

Not at all! We need all the spec we can get. I hadn't thought about it saying "travel through time" when I had heard it, I guess because I quickly downloaded it and sped it up to hear it more clearly. I'm pretty sure the first part can't be "travel," though - too garbled. But "through time" is a definite possibility. Have a listen yourself <attached>

I wonder if it was just a slip that he/she/it mentioned Saladin twice?

I just realized that the checkup file is more probably the video "Eli Pruitt," and not the latest video's Morse. In that case, we need to contact Eli. I'll send another e-mail to Scindo asking him how to contact Eli. Until he answers, I guess the only thing to do is wait for Albany again, unless someone gets an idea before then.
