Trippy. ASCII art looks like Shaun Cassidy with that butterfly collar. You can see it a bit easier if you look at the source. You can also see that the mp3 being played is O.R.Tfeat.MaryElizabethMcGlynn.mp3 - from Silent Hill Zero?

It's likely we need three numbers to go with this. You'll notice on the machine on that link, the dials are I II III. Click the top right icon and you can change these. There are 5 different rotors you can use. If we aren't give the 3 numbers and the order in which to use them, we may need to try all of the possible combinations. Note that I II III will give a different answer that III II I.

dammit!! I knew that it was gonna have to be a drop... and the library no doubt...(that whole let's go drop the "plant" in the library thing sure is popular these days)

I also did a searcg on myspace and I found several people but nothing that looked like it was IG

Well, for what it's worth palm trees certainly doesn't rule me out.

But it beats me where that may be. The photos are taken with a T-Mobile Sidekick, and are not very high resolution.
