I just went on wikipedia and found the information on the twelve olympians. if you click on each individual olympian another page will tell you what their symbol is. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Twelve_Olympians

Not knowing Esperanto myself (and while waiting for the translation) first things noticed are:
- the date - 1918 and location: Antwerp
- they talk about a map of Akira (?)
- a theory of Jules (?)
- Jorge is mentioned (Monica's Jorge, for sure)
- they talk about "the great project of Pierre Coubertain" - father of the modern olympics

I'm guessing page two is where the attributes of our six Agonothetai are described. Each is linked to a specific Olympian who best describes their qualities and are represented by a specific symbol. I'm just trying to guess here, so this is probably very wrong. Once we get a full translation, this will be a bit easier...
