This has to do with setting up broadband access via analog t.v. signals.
Via Wikipedia: White Spaces Coalition, a group of technology companies aiming to deliver broadband internet access via unused analog television frequencies
White space (telecommunications), unused radio frequencies in the VHF and UHF bands allocated to television transmission.
IMHO seems completely unrelated to any of this Aladygma nonsense. I'm not really even sure why I keep reading/posting on this subject. Abject boredom, I suppose.

On the topic of what this actually is. I like to see this with my ARG eyes, as open as possible. It's fun with some OOG things. Researching those is part of the whole activity I think. Now, I agree with everyone else here: this thread needs to be somewhere else. It might even become a better game if we, the players, detach it from Cloverfield.
But anyway. Back to New York, eh?

I think it could be an ARG but for something other than Cloverfield. other than the fact that there is a mysterious date/numbers on there i see no resemblance to any of the other tactics they've used.

Also, Cloverfield ARG has been labeled "Succesfully Concluded" on the forums frontpage. Whatever this is (even if it is Cloverfield ARG II - ...Or random ppl on the net screwing around) it deserves a new home. Like the Rumour/Trailhead forum.

just because the forum for the ARG has been labeled "Successfully Concluded" doesn't mean it's over. there's still the manga and whatever could come after that.

I'm going to go with the date on the paper being 9/12/2001. If you read what you can see of the article in the paper it seems to be talking about 9/11.

Yes it was found but I just clicked on it for the first time.
I noticed that the tab bar on my browser says "a.l.a.d.y.g.m.a" as opposed to just "aladygma" like the original page does.
Wonder if it means anything.

it's obviously a seperate ARG.
I mean, it all means something... in my opinion.
this is clearly not Cloverfield related. that video, while very strange, was just a bunch of stupid clips put together. sorta cheesy.
Can a Moderator please MOVE THIS??

I do believe THEY WANT US to get crazy, and think, it is NOT Cloverfield related. So they started this site in Germany, like last time in Japan.
But maybe is it! Who knows...
J.J. Abrams is a genious!

I thought about counting how many times someone posted "OMGS MOVE THIS TOPIC, OK", but I can't count that high.
PM a moderator or something if you REALLY hate the topic enough that you want it moved, or if you don't have the self control not to click on it just because it's on a page you frequent.

The audio at the end of that video on www.thewhitespaces.com sounds pretty suspicious. I think there's something hidden in it.
If someone is bored/good with audio, I'd say they should look into it.

If someones screwing around and making fun of the people who are into Cloverfield I'm going to be pissed off. Also what happens on that video it won't let me see it.

a 15 second preview for CLOVERFIELD 2
yaladygma -- I get what you're trying to say but quality wise, it just isn't the same as the Cloverfield marketing.
obviously they could always change their approach for the second one but the little movie, on this "new" white spaces website, was pretty cheesy and focused on aliens and extraterrestial crap.
