 		Alright being as my game imploded due to personal issues and I don't have the mindset to continue creating puzzles but still need my mind being taken off the shit. I'm in Smile

Edit: Any clue as to what kind of "Cipher Machine" We should be using? Also there are 3 images on that document. Could someone post them here for those without PDF?

Here is what the document says:

Due to the unexpected events of March 16, the Directorate has ordered the halting of all the usual forms of communication. All of our central mainframes have been compromised. We have been forced to contact you through an unofficial email account to maintain secrecy. Do not contact us, or your fellow agents through the usual means, refrain to message our official email address or phone numbers. Erase this email as soon as you have read it.

This might seem reckless and we might be contacting the wrong group of people, but this is a desperate situation.

Since we can no longer rely on our usual forms of communication we will use what the Americans consider to be 'old school'.

Attached to this email is also a .txt file with an encrypted message. To decrypt it, use your cipher machine- The advanced version on Czech layout and rotor settings, Latin on cipher mode 30. Refresh after every attempt.

Do not reply to this email unless you are instructed to do so. If there is to be any form of communication, refrain from using Russian. We are still not sure of who is behind the March 16 Events, but it's likely to be the Americans or British. If there is to be any communication, do so in English, they are not expecting that.

Remember your training and the Oath that you took after recruitment.

There is also Russian on the pic of the submarine. The last part appears to say Top Secret, but can you make out the first of the three words?
