[LEAD - PUZZLE?] Custom Fonts

I think I've adapted well and went through all the necessary protocalls and procedures. A search of the database rendered nothing, though I am somewhat surprised, considering how obvious the answer may be.

Check the source code of the pages. Lying in plain view, unencrypted, we have a perfect lead. The enemy's first mistake.

"font CLASS=dana_white" "font CLASS=dana_big"

The last time I checked those are not standard class font names. In fact, I do believe "Dana" is the name of a rather imporant individual in this whole ordeal. Now, unless I am mistaken, for a site to have custom fonts, they would, most likely, have to be uploaded to the server somewhere. And they could only be viewed by persons with the same font installed on their hard drive, correct? If one were to find these fonts on the server somewhere and download them, it might be an obvious place to start looking for hidden messages in special characters contained in the font itself, or any differences in the messages as displayed on the site.

Any takers?

Yours,
~Lance

thats not entirely correct:

Quote:
<STYLE TYPE="text/css">BODY {margin-left:0; margin-right:0; margin-top:0;}
.Times-New-Roman-16pxn {font:normal 16px Times New Roman, serif}
.TITLE_WHITE {
font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;
font-size: 24px;
font-weight: bold;
color: #FFFFFF;
background-color: #000000;}
}
.dana_bottom {
font-family: Courier New, Courier, monospace, sans-serif;
font-size: 10px;
color: #FFFFFF;
background-color: #000000;}
.dana_big {
font-family: Courier New, Courier, monospace, sans-serif;
font-size: 18px;
color: #FFFFFF;
background-color: #000000;}
.dana_white {
font-family: Monaco, sans-serif;
font-size: 10px;
font-style: italic;
font-weight: bold;
color: #FFFFFF;}

.BLOG {
font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;
font-size: 24px;
font-weight: bold;
color: #007700;
}</STYLE>

</HEAD>

those font heads are just quick code so dana (or the AI) doesn't need to type out the entire font code. good spec though.

Ah well. More random speculation though, in the operator monologue (I believe) she talks about being strapped in a chair with your eyelids sewn open...

Is this something from the movie "Se7en"? I've never seen it myself, but I heard about it once and there was a lot of nasty stuff like this in the description... I know someone who saw this movie and I've been asking him online all day but he hasn't responded... It would be an odd connection considering Bungie and their 7's...

I'd do more in depth research, but I really don't wanna think about the other stuff in that movie ever again. Razz Just, if anyone here has seen it, tell me if I'm right or I'm grasping at straws again.

I don't remember anyone in "Se7en" having thier eyelids sown open. But I don't remember for sure, it's been a few months since I saw it. And it wasn't that horrible, or disturbing if you deem if that fits. Except for the murder for lust, I'm a guy and that part just sickens me (shakes uncontrolablly at the memory) and really freaks me out.

Strapped in a chair with your eyelids sewn open? I do recommend this movie by Stanley Kubrick called A CLOCKWORK ORANGE to see concerning that....

Beethovan was such a wonderful choice for that movie. To date Symphony NO. 9 is still one of my favorite pieces of music.
