Refresh. And repeat. The map is not constant.

Dots

Even though the map is not constant (diff dots appearing after refresh) I thought the color would stay the same based on its status.

I am not sure I have seen the others change.

Maybe we need to update colors etc....

Anyone discovered yet what exactly the colors of the dots mean? I think I miss something.

I just refreshed the dotty globe and I see two red ones. Stephenville and Boise. I thought we recovered Stephenville already?!

I think I remember someone telling it has something to do with activation/pending status...but can this be true when my Stephenville dot is red again?

Sorry if I'm asking something that was already discussed.

When you enter "CODEX" into the Omphputer you get the following return...

Omphputer wrote:
Currently transmitting omphalos navigation sites...
Green = active navigation site.
Red = pending navigation site.
Enter active navigation site for codex location.

It doesn't give an explanation for white, yellow, gray or blue dots.

I don't know about you guys, but I'm seeing a whole lot of yellowish dots.

Anybody else?

Refresh?

That happened to me last night, even through refreshes. But then this morning... back to normal.

The dots always look like that for me... Maybe my screen, the graphic card, my eyes? *wonders*

And back to my question about the dots color...thanks for answering it btw!
Maybe I'm too dumb but why is Stephenville red again when it already has been activated? Back to still pending? But wouldn't we get a message telling us that it's still pending?

Sorry I'm chewing a bit on a probably not important topic but it kinda bugs me not to know about the colors. lol

Depending on the angle at which you took the screenshot, they could be Germany or Stephenville. Both are pretty far north on the globe. Could even be China - again, depending on the angle.

Someone on the in-game forum mentioned one in Sydney, which I now see, and I remember talking about Idaho. Are those the two we're looking at now?

DOT update

After numerous (wayyyyyy to many) refresh button clicks tonight I have NOT seen Brussels or Sydney (nor do expect to as these are ARTIFACT locations ans opposed to OMPH locations)....

I currently have...
STEPHENVILLE=RED
BOISE=RED
LUNGLEI=GREEN

all at one time on the map.

Can anyone else give an update on the DOTS/COLORS they see??
