So if Jack Booted thugs kick in my front door I should just go with them since its likely IG? Sounds Fine.

I think your doing just great in your improv emails Kosmopol...
And for your second question... it seems like we've been using the second set of numbers to mean Line# instead of Word#?

I.E
[77.3.2] would mean Page 77, Word 3, letter 2
Which, by the way, doesn't fit in with the link that Mr. Toasty found earlier.

 		So who all received phone calls? We should maybe compare what was said/quality of the call, when/how long after sumbission calls were received.

I believe I was the first to receive a phone call. I received mine on Mar 17 at 10:03 pm EST. It was a male voice, vague and not good middle eastern sounding accent. Call quality was good, lasted 1 min 1 second. The number showed up as in my area code, and was actually a local (within my home city) number. When I checked a reverse lookup, it was listed as a land line in the city, with no name or address attached. I was asked for by my screenname, then my comment from the submission field was quoted (looking for more information on the institute), was told to submit my mailing address for a brochure, then was asked how I had heard of them (when told I was sent a link, he sounded very interested, repeated the link comment with a hmmm) then he hung up.

That was it.

My guess is that they would be using Skype or some sort of VOIP, which makes calls locally through hardline providers, but it's otherwise cross 'net.

Is it possible that SkypeOut or Vonage or some other VOIP works this way? Data call gets routed to a center as close to the destination as possible, then goes over local telephone serivce from there?
