I issued a recall for the book. For the reason I wrote: "I need to examine the book for 15 minutes to find random letters on random pages to decode a cipher that might lead us to Steve Irwin."

Oh wow. So Kantsaywhere institute is named after an unpublished novel about a Utopian society based around selective breeding. D: And it was founded by a Nazi scientist. And Nazi's were all "whoo, racial cleansing". All those together is kind of scary.
