I'm a high school student with a lot of resources (read: teachers) at my disposal. I've already gotten my ancient history teacher interested in this - she's Greek, so she'll be a great help - and hopefully the others are to follow when we need them.

In other respects, I'm a writer, I adore mythology, I'm not that strong on physics (which is a shame, because Sofia's task is to figure out the waveforms and all the physics is way beyond me) but I'm big on geography. I'm working on mapping out the locations of the Omphaloi and seeing where they cross, and how, exactly, they're supposed to link together.

Finally, I'm Sofia, and quite internet-savvy.

My degree was in computer science, so I'm tech/Internet-savvy. In recent years I've done more management, so I like trying to organize things. I may see if I can help keep the wiki up-to-date if I can find the time.

I spent 4 years in the US Army as a diesel mechanic. I have worked the last 10 years on a towboat first as a deckhand, then an engineer, now I'm training to be a pilot.

My interests include writing and graphic design (noob).

I am pretty new to the ARG genre and am only lurking this one.

Servant of the public is my profession - have BAs in history (ancient greek) and politics, also a grad dip in professional communication.

I am a sofia, with my minors being chariton and dikaisune.

I'm a high school student and computer technician intern for the Democratic Party of Oregon. I'm good with LAMP systems and cyber security, and I'm about to take the exams for CompTIA A+ certification, although those aren't exactly the most useful fields here.

Well... A dikaiosune here (where are the rest? I can't see your badges anywhere!)

I have no real unique skills, but I can use computers well, I'm fluent (or so I think) in Spanish and English, and have organized events in the past. And I can use google really well, if that's skill.

My hobbies cover everything from videogames to roleplaying games, board games, manga and anime, and reading... I guess I tend to know a little bit of lots of things Razz

High school student that lives in Austin, TX and sometimes can get around to other places.

I have lots of programming experience (Mainly HTML/CSS, Javascript, PHP, shell scripting, little bit of ruby, perl, python, C#). I built and help run several websites (http://redct.info - my own, http://fullcirclemagazine.org - collaboration with a friend in the UK, http://sl-team.org/ - for the SilverLadder ARG, about 5 more that you'll be seeing soon in future ARGs).

I also do photography (http://www.flickr.com/photos/24630559@N04/) and play the cello.

I'm a sofia, with minor strengths of chariton and mythopoeia, according to the Facebook quiz (can't remember my official test results, which had different minor results--I think sophrososune instead of mythopoeia)

I'm an English major at a university in Oregon in the US. I'm mythopoeic in interest, though I am a sofia at heart. Smile I love literature, mythology, and writing. Smile

I'm a grad student about to finish my masters in comparative literature. My thesis is on Samuel Beckett and musicality in his prose. Academic favorites are Derrida and Adorno. I sing in a choir who's main goal is to present local contemporary music. These days I also participate as a singer in a theatre production of Brecht's 'The Measure Taken' (breaking the 4th wall on another arena). And, I'm a music nerd!

I work in a comic book/games store, which means I read comic books and play games Smile . As for games I'm more of a boardgame/RPG type than computer games (I'm a chariton Wink ).

My ARG experience is rather poor. Though I have been aware of the concept since about 'I Love Bees' I just recently jumped in (March 1). I have played two games that contains some ARG elements though, 'notpron' and 'in memoriam'. But I'm very happy to finally be playing for real.

Since I'm at the end of my studying days, I should be less around for the next couple of months...

Well, I'll try Very Happy

Hi everyone I am absolutely new to all this but have spent several hours in the past week trying to read everything!

I am a Sophrosune with Mythopoeia and Sofia as minor traits.

I am a PHd Student in Spanish Lit and Lang. I teach the language and am completely bilingual Spanish-English. I have a good knowledge of Spanish Lit (of course since it's my field heh) and also basic knowledge of English lit, theory and criticism. Not too sure that'll help much but hey. I'm somewhat of a grammarian as well, so perhaps I could help in the linguistic aspects.

I am also somwhat of an artist and singer, I love mythology and ancient history, am a self-taught and amateur scholar of world religions and philosophies. Like everyone else I have a good amount of random knowledge which I will gladly put at your disposal.

I hope that I will be of service in some small way.

Thumos here. Noob to ARG but got involved here since the first boxes were sent.

I run third level support team for a major retailer. I am fluent on spanish and can read most romance languages. I really enjoy solving puzzles.

Well, I am a high school math and science teacher (in university I did a major in chemistry and minor in physics). This is my first year in teaching full-time, so I'm pretty busy as I try to set up my courses and adjust to all the administrative stuff that comes with being a teacher, so I really should watch how much time I devote to this and other things. I was one of those students in high school that got high marks in everything, so I do also have interests in languages (and have already finished the first lesson in an online Esperanto course due to this ARG, but I think it is going to take me too long to finish to be helpful here due to my schedule) and many other things. I'll just bounce around from topic to topic as I see fit Smile.

Oh, and I'm a Sofia, which explains why I like learning about pretty much anything, so long as I'm learning Smile.

Mytho

I have my B.A. in theatre. With a focus on design (costume, makeup, and sets) though I spent the better part of my early life as a performer. Singing and public speaking are my strengths. I can change my voice and speak with an accent. I also still remember a few tap dancing moves.

I BS with authority.

I have some ability as a graphic designer and I know my way around photoshop. I love to take pictures and then fiddle with them.

I used to work as a software tester, I'm not sure how that will prove useful.

Currently I'm an "Associate Consultant" for a small satellite communications consulting firm. I don't do much actual consulting but I do a lot of research and fact checking for my boss. He's always telling me about how amazed he is by the stuff I come up with and I've not yet told him I think my ability in that area has been honed by playing ARGs.

I have a car.

I'm currently working on getting my MBA. Probably with a focus on new product development, but I haven't decided yet.
